2. What are my shipping options?

Local (Hong Kong)
We offer store pick-up and courier service via S.F. Express, with estimated delivery times of 2-3 business days.
If you need to change the shipping address or redirect a parcel to a new address AFTER your parcel has been dispatched, an additional fee will be charged by SF Express on delivery (out of our control) so please make sure you enter your shipping details and contact correctly.

Outside Hong Kong
We offer registered mail and courier service, with estimated delivery times of 8 -15 business days (varies by country). Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
Please be mindful that due to changing restrictions, shipping rates and times may be affected.

3. What is your return policy?

  • Eligibility
    We accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:
    - The item is in its original condition and packing
    - The item has not been used, worn, or altered
    - The item was purchased directly from our website or store

  • Time frame
    Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Refunds
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges
    Exchanges are subject to availability and must be of equal or lesser value than the original item purchased. If the requested exchange item is of greater value, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference.

  • Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was received damaged or defective.

  • Process
    To initiate a return, customers should contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number. The customer must then ship the item back to us with the return authorization number clearly marked on the package. Once the item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued or an exchange will be processed.

  • Exceptions
    The following items are not eligible for returns:
    - Gift cards
    - Final sale items
    - Custom-made or personalized items

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above criteria or were not processed within the specified timeframe.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, PayPal, credit cards, and bank transfer. Payment must be received in full before the product is shipped.

5. Does the product come with a warranty?

Yes, the product comes with a one-year warranty. This warranty is non-transferable. ZenSonix warrants to the original registered end-user purchaser that ZenSonix products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of the new purchase. During the warranty period, and upon proof of purchase the product will be repaired or replaced (with the same or a similar model, which may be a refurbished model) at ZenSonix, without charge for either parts or labor. This warranty shall not apply if the product is modified, tampered with, misused, physically damaged, or subjected to abnormal working conditions (including, but not limited to, electrical, fire, and water damage). THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOU UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER.

Yes, we do offer international shipping except the United States. Please note that international shipping may be subject to additional fees and longer delivery times.

Yes, we offer in-store pickup for customers in the local area. Please select "in-store pickup" as your shipping method at checkout.

Safety & Usage

  • Do not use the device in exceptionally cold or hot, dusty, damp or dry environments.

  • Do not drop, strike, or throw your device. Physical damage to your device will void ALL warranties.

  • Please charge your battery when:
    - Battery power icon shows an empty icon.
    - The system automatically shuts down and the power is off when you switch on the unit once again.
    - There is no response if you operate volume.

  • Any disassembly not done by an authorized technician will void ALL warranties.
